ENROLL IN THREE EASY STEPS

1. Complete the online enrollment form.  (If you prefer, you can print off the enrollment forms, complete, and send to our office.  You can find them here.)
2. Print and complete the salary reduction agreement.  Mail, fax, or email directly to the Board of Retirement.
3. If you would like the group term life insurance, complete the online retirement plan life insurance form.
