Your investment allocation can be changed monthly (transfers are based on prior month's ending balance) and will take effect the following month.
To change your investment allocation, complete the direct allocation chart below. Your completed form must be received by the Board of Retirement prior to earnings being posted for the current month in order for the transfer to take place the following month. To confirm your changes, refer to your next pension account statement.
You may invest in one or all investment options. Please indicate the percentage that you want invested in each fund (must total 100%). If no choice is made, all funds will remain in the Default Fund.
